Our Pub
Why Our Pub Is Great
You can expect a warm welcome from our team, here at The Moorside Farm; we are easy to find, on the main road and provide free parking and disabled access for our customers. We’re a quintessential English pub, renowned for great food and drink, in a homely atmosphere.
Food is served from noon. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch or dinner, you’ll find delicious pub classics - fish and chips, lasagne, grills, burgers and more.
We’re a welcoming local pub with a great social calendar. Get your sports fix at The Moorside Farm, where we show matches regularly. Enjoy live entertainment, showcasing local talent or relax by the log fire.
We have free WiFi and free parking for our guests. Sit out in our beautiful beer garden, when the weather is nice. We're dog friendly too, so bring them along. The team are looking forward to seeing you.

Caring for our People Makes Sense
- Looking after our teams means they can look after you.
- This starts with providing our already fantastic teams with additional training to follow safe COVID-19 working procedures and regulations.
- Each day team members will complete a health screening questionnaire to confirm they are in good health prior to beginning work.
- We ask that you do your bit and respect our teams and any requests they have. It’s all with your safety in mind.
Keeping Social, whilst Social Distancing Makes Sense
Look out for additional signage in pub to establish safe, social distancing
This might include:
- Highlighting where and how you order at the bar
- Removing some tables to ensure comfortable social distancing can be maintained
- Managing capacity, meaning you may be asked to queue outside

- Hand sanitiser is available to use at every entrance for your peace of mind.
- Once inside we’re taking as many steps as possible to reduce contact
- Our menus will be used only once and are fully recyclable once you’ve finished with it
About Our Food
If you’re looking for somewhere to grab a bite to eat with friends, or pop in after work – head on over! Our new menu features lots of dishes with big flavour! From our Gammon Steak Melt Stack (topped with pulled pork chilli if you fancy it!) to Golden Scampi or even The Yorkshire Platter; there’s something to tempt you for any hankering. Fancy something a little lighter? No problem – check out our Chicken and Bacon Salad, or range of ‘skinny’ burgers that will go nicely with one of our refreshing drinks!
